"Highly recommending their spicy soup noodles, great portion of Noodle and toppings, enough for a big eater like myself. Mine was 5 toppings plus 2 additional toppings. The chinese mushroom is a must try, juicy, tasty and meaty, the best quality in the UK chinese restaurant. Iced lemon tea is good, but personally I like it sweeter, so make sure you let the waiter knows when ordering."

"Pretty authentic Hong Kong experience from what I can see. Staff speak Cantonese, good amount of customers who were Chinese speaking, the menu has all the classics, won ton noodle, stir fried beef noodles, rice and xa-xiu, all the comforts of home, but in Brighton. The atmosphere is minimalist, reminiscent of the type of walk in family restaurants you may see in Hong Kong, not much space and not really a place you would linger for a long time once you’ve finished your meal, but a lot of families coming in for a close to home away from home experience and the kitchen serve all the staples of Cantonese cooking. Would like to see more of these local family restaurants in The UK."

"We had my daughter's birthday meal yesterday as a family. It's amazing! The best Hong Kong style food you can get in Uk! They take you back to Hong Kong in one second! The food is large portion and the materials are premuim! The slow cooked beef briskets and Cha siu pork are top out of top! I can't wait for visiting it again!"

"Had a chilled time here at CK Bistro ! We went for evening Sunday meal and was a lovely atmosphere reminded me of a Hong Kong traditional style restaurant. Boyfriend loved the Ko Fun Beef noodles recommended by our lovely waiter and I had beef brisket noodle soup where the meat was so tender portion sizes were great and prices reasonable would recommend for a good hit of authentic Hong Kong cuisine! Happy Chinese New Year"

"Had an amazing meal at CK Bistro! I’ve been missing authentic Hong Kong–style salt and pepper pork, and I think I just found my new go-to spot whenever I’m craving HK comfort food. Their CK Special Cheesy Baked Pork Chop Rice was absolutely delicious, perfectly baked with cheese, tender pork chop, tomato sauce, and flavorful egg fried rice. Everything tasted just right. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!"

"Nice Hong Kong style cafe in Brighton. Good portion size with a reasonable price. I particularly like the curry fish balls- it’s well seasoned and does remind me of the ones I had in Hk. The noodles in tomato soup base is nice as well but it would’ve been even better if the soup base could be richer/ more flavourful. Will certainly return to try other things on the menu !"
